Client: SOCAR – State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic

As per client required during November 2015, GOE Project Manager was performed a rig condition survey on SS Shelf 1 and Shelf 3. The purpose of this surveys was to acquire general information about rigs condition. Based on previous experience and using the data obtained from surveys impressions GOE Project Team was prepared detail workscope and estimated budget.

The workscope lists the main activities required for live dealer casino upgrading and the reactivation plan of semi-submersible drilling units, Shelf 1 and Shelf 3 and estimate budget requirements for items listed in workscope.

Work scope schedule was prepared in MS Project software.

Project work scope schedule contains following items:

• All work tasks, broken into small tasks for more accurate timing calculations
• Estimate required timing for each task
• Initial date for each task
• Required resources for each task
• Task`s link for timing duration
• Project milestones
• Total project duration
